How our HubSpot CRM optimization services work

Our HubSpot optimization services generally follow these four steps, although some projects may not require all of them.

Step 1

We get a basic understanding of your current CRM setup (whether that's HubSpot, spreadsheets, or another CRM system), goals, KPIs, and processes.

Step 2

If you've been using HubSpot for a while, we review your portal(s), working with you to determine how best to clean up old and unused assets as well as contact, property, and pipeline data. Or, if you're new, we'll set up the essentials and look at your existing data to determine what we need to transfer over.
